To receive a refund in a Statement of Accomplishment course unenroll from the course within the refund eligibility period - 14 days after your purchase date or 14 days after your course starts, whichever comes later*.
Note: Refunds are not available after you have earned a Statement of Accomplishment.
*(Up to a maximum of 120 days after your payment, due to credit card processing limits.)
To unenroll from a course, click the down arrow at the top right of the page (next to your username). Select "Dashboard" to view your list of courses. Click on the settings wheel icon for the course you would like to unenroll from, then click "Unenroll".
