Bending the Curve: Climate Change Solutions, Course 2:

Climate change solutions must be approached from the local, regional, national and international scope. In the second course, we look at California as a case study, and analyze energy issues, power generation, and transportation. We also expand our view and investigate a variety of international efforts. .

Pursue a verified certificate from UC San Diego to highlight the knowledge and skills you gain.

This is the second course in the Bending the Curve: Climate Change Solutions Program. Students completing all four courses, and paying the $49 per course fee, will receive a Statement of Accomplishment, signed by Professor Veerabhadran Ramanathan with the UC San Diego logo to verify your achievement. By completing the series, you will be able to identify and create a climate action plan applicable to your own local, regional, national and/or international community, and will have access to additional course content including graded knowledge checks and peer-instruction exercises.

Complimentary access to the first three courses is also available to students who would like to view the videos, read course materials, and participate in online discussions, without access to the full suite of activities.
